Our manufacturing is all located on one site in a prime location close to the M62 corridor. Whether it’s a busy period or resources are stretched we are here to help and can offer the following services

Cutting:-

Using the latest optimisation software our Holzma HPP350 Optimat Beamsaw is able to minimise wastage for cutting MDF, Plywood through to Melamine faced boards

Edging:-

With the ability to edge thicknesses from 0.4 to 3.0mm and board thicknesses from 9mm to 45mm this covers any requirement for your MFC, MF MDF, laminate faced boards. Any shape is also possible working with current CAD/CAM software

CNC Machining:-

Using the latest Alpha Cam software we can program any shape using DXF, DWG, PDF files or can be drawn in house. Items can be nested to provide a greater yield. Operating 2no Biesse 3 Axis CNC machines we have plenty of in house capacity.

Laminate bonding:-

PUR bonding up to 1550mm wide x 3660mm long providing very high temperatue resistance and resistance to water and moisture. We are able to supply all the major popular HPL and offer a variety of substrates

Component manufacture and full assembly of both commercial and domestic:-

Furniture, washroom solutions, kitchen components and solid surface fabrication (Corian, Staron etc)

Finishing:-

We have a large dedicated paint shop, which includes polishing facilities.

Collection and delivery:-

Due to our open and modern yard we are able to offer collection appointments, or we can arrange delivery through our transport partners (fees for delivery will be dependent on specified delivery requirements, quotes will be provided).
